If you attended the 2024 SEMPA 360 Annual Conference in New Orleans, LA, and completed the conference evaluation, you may access your transcript and CME certificate. The live evaluation site closed on May 20, 2024. If you need help, please contact us by email.

SEMPA Ultrasound Course
To access your certificate for the SEMPA Ultrasound Course, click the link below and sign in using your username and password. If you do not know your username and password, contact the SEMPA Member Care Center via email or call them at 877.297.7594.
When you log in, the system will verify your conference registration and take you to the page where you will fill in the number of CME hours you attended for the SEMPA Ultrasound Course. You can then print your CME certificate and a log of your certificate will be saved for future access.
