Josh Higgins, PA-C, currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer on the SEMPA Board of Directors and serves on the SEMPA EMS and Education Committees. Josh has been an EMPA for 13 years and works in San Diego, CA, at UC San Diego Health where he works clinically and administratively, supervising the PA and NP group across the emergency department, urgent care and express care clinics.
