Josh Rosenblum, MPAS, CAQ-EM, PA-C, currently serves as Director at Large on the SEMPA Board of Directors and is on the SEMPA Rural Medicine and EMS Committees. Josh has been an EMPA since 2012 and works in Critical Access Hospitals in Southern Vermont, including two locations with solo PA coverage, and other larger Dartmouth Health affiliated community hospitals in the region. In addition to ER duties, Josh also serves as the Emergency Department Medical Director of Grace Cottage Hospital.
