SIUH EM PA Fellowship
Inception Date: 2000
Curriculum: The Emergency Medicine PA Fellowship is a 24-month postgraduate certificate program. EMPA fellows will receive five (5) hours of didactic conferences each week, once monthly PA fellow specific didactic meeting, simulation training is integrated into didactic and specialty procedure labs. PA Fellows participate of emergency ultrasound training, emergency medicine research opportunities as well as BLS, ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certification.
Clinical Rotations:
- Critical Care - 3 months
- Pediatrics - 2 months
- Ultrasound - 3 weeks
- Hand/Orthopedic - 2 weeks
- Burn/ICU - 2 weeks

Class Size: 4 for the EMPA Fellowship and 1 EM Global Health Fellow
